Does anyone have a saddle from THE SADDLE COMPANY??

.....If so, it says they can be adjusted but does this mean ONLY by a saddle company saddler or can any master saddler do it? Does anyone know whether they have any dealers in Norfolk?

A decent saddler will be able to adjust it, just ask them before they come out! And no sorry!

No - you need a machine to adjust the tree. Any saddler can adjust the flocking but they need to use the softer grey flocking not white flocking as that tends to go hard in the serge panels. Ring the SC and they should be able to put you in contact with the nearest fitter.
