Hi there,

I am looking to buy one of these as they look very easy to drive, better on fuel than the big scary ones and are very easy on the eye

I was speaking with someone who said that they didn't like it as you are driving with the horses directly behind you and you can hear them moving and chewing their hay (maybe a slight exaggeration

) Also, she spoke about difficulty loading a second horse...
What are your experiences and which is the best conversion company??

Most conversions will not give you the height you need for larger horses so you may have to look at coachbuilds. It depends if you want to carry two smaller horses or 1 large horse.
They are very easy to drive and use.
Mine has a camera in the horse area with sound and I love it as I can see them and hear them as the camera also has sound.
Mine load easily with no problems loading a second.
Make sure you ask about the weight as there are some that are very heavy.
Mine has a payload of 1.15T which means I take both mine without weight issues but PLEASE weigh your horses/ponies and get a weight certificate for the lorry to ensure you are not over weight.

This is what we have, and I love it with a passion! It’s so easy to drive and the horses load perfectly, never had a problem putting the second horse in (just ask TwigBen, picked her up today for a Hunter Trial).
