sounds fab to me, only 10 beds though so brill equestrian facilities but you are going to be paying £580,000 for 1 room

hmm, if the facilities were good enough, i could cope with that!
tbh that's in the main house, i'm sure there are cottages etc.

If you read the blurb there are 3 more beds being used for other things atm, also a 3 bed cottage and a couple of staff flats, I think we could manage!
