following on from TheHairyOne's post (saying hello and introducing the sweet looking Pig) I just wondered if anyone has any pics before and after haircuts of their horses/ponies?

Just interested to see the transformation coz I'm a nosey bint

I've got a cobby boy but I love the mane and slightly hairy fetlocks and don't want to hog (probably won't show him either coz I'm rubbish in competition situations ) but I was originaly looking at buying a different cob who really suited his stylish hog

This is her before, as a true hairy beast with half grown out hogged mane...

and this one taken last year, when my friend's saughter took her to some in-hand classes..

How long does it take the mane to grow back when it's been hogged?

Last year when I hogged in January he had a nice pulled length mane by August.

This year I hogged in October then left it so I'm hoping he'll have a pulled length mane in the spring.
