Does anyone have experience of Ultrasound Guided Desmoplasty?

Does anyone on here have experience of Ultrasound Guided Desmoplasty in relation to hindlimb upper suspensory issues, in particular in an event horse? If so can you give me your experiences good and bad?

From the lack of response here and in Competition, it seems that no-one on here has had this surgery done to their horse - thereby confirming my suspicions that it is an outdated and little used option for treatment of hindlimb suspensory problems, the preferred operation being Neurectomy & Fasciotomy ...
