My 12 year old daughter goes thro jods at such a rate I am desperatly seeking 2nd hand ones to keep up with her-anyone want to rehome any?
She is 12 but skinny wee waist & well formed legs size -26 to get the leg length.

Can't help you personally, but is she in Pony club? Our local pc has a swop shop table at indoor rallies where you can sell/swop kids horsey stuff.

I've got two pairs of brand new Tesco jodhs that I bought in their sale for a friend's daughter, who then didn't want them (and I lost the receipt so couldn't take them back!) if you want to buy them off me.

Was going to put them on ebay but not got round to it! They cost me about £6 each (think they were £15 to start with), one pair beige and one pair navy. Says age 11-12 on the label, so I guess they would fit. I can go dig them out and measure them as not sure the legs will be long enough having re read your post.

Also got some well worn ones lurking - can make up a package and post them up :)

My daughter wears hers out these days and still fits her 26s so sorry can't help. Any new ones I get are navy for pony club. I buy from Eileeen Douglas they usually have a buy one get one half price in store, but I see their own brand are just £12.99 - they are good quality and do last well http://www.tackshop.co.uk/posit/sho...osit/shop/index.php?category=1000&group=61007 or from Equestrian Clearance, can't always get the size but I did get a job lot of 26s in about 2 years ago for about £10/pair, which compares very favourably with the leggings etc which I find really don't last as the fabric is too thin.

She is (was) but not as friendly or open to suggestion as that (hence WAS!)

i was going to suggest swopshop or something like to our ponyclub but bit nervous how it would be received. generally chuck any outgrown stuff in car when we go to ponyclub and hand it on to smaller ones who i know wont mind second hand stuff. some folk are a bit funny about cast offs. i always say to folk to please pass it on if doesnt fit them and just hope they do.

i will have a new year rummage and see what i can find. meanwhile may be worth trying ebay.
