Just wondering if anyone can help me on this one - mainly wondering what level of protein they have in them!

If you phone them they'll tell you. I did a couple of years ago but I'm afraid I can't remember now.

It's annoying isn't it, they don't seem to publish this info anywhere unlike all other feed companies.

I did phone & ask them but I can't remember the info I'm afraid - apart from the fact they are less than 10% starch. I can have a look at my bag tomorrow though if you don't fancy ringing them.

I'm just looking at their Performance Cubes but again I can't find anything at all - I'm sure they must get loads of phone calls requesting nutritional info on all their products!

Agree with the comment above. TopSpec seem to have an impressive and useful range of products, but fail to back this up with solid analysis of their products on their website. Perhaps if enough potential customers ring them or email them they might eventually get into the 21st century and put the actual figures up on the web for all to see!

I agree that it is annoying that topspec don't just publish this info on their website however, i have emailed them numerous times and they always respond with the answer efficiently.

I spent some time researching these &similar cubes/mixes a while ago & found these to be the best nutritionally,to do what they're supposed to do/what it says 'on the tin'. Have used them on several horses over the last 2 yrs or so,to great (and speedy!) effect. They don't compare badly on price either.

I didn't mean speedy,as in made horse mental/fresh - I meant as in got results quickly when fed at recommended levels (&just below recommended levels). Then reduced to what I deemed a 'maintenance' amount for horse in continuing hard work but have fed to others purely on an 'as&when' basis, also giving good results.

I have also found TS Cool nuts to be very good. My dressage mare is fed on these 2.5 lbs in each feed (2 feeds a day) together with Top Chop chaff and Pink Powder also micronised linseed (she is TB and I have to make sure she keeps her weight on) she looks really good on these nuts and has worked hard all through the summer on them. I plan to keep her on them through the winter whilst she is roughed off.

I had the complete opposite to you - I emailed them for a friend of mine just wanting to know the DE content of their fibre cubes and I was told to ring them up - why they couldn't just give me a simple answer via email I have no idea :(

they also flatly refused to give me the sugar and starch content of their fibre plus - said combined its lower than 10% but wouldnt tell me whether thats 9% sugar or 5% !!! WHY!
