Got my nephews dedication service on Sunday and i've been struggling with what to buy as a present. Have now left it very late...was wondering if there was someone on here who did them?

i've done them before for friends' weddings, just needed a cleaned-up shoe and bare-metal primer, then nice paint and ribbon. didn't take long.
btw, weirdly, the friends i gave them to, are still together decades later. the friends i didn't give them to (hadn't thought of it yet, or forgot, or whatever) have now divorced...!
if you are totally desperate i can look outside today and check whether I have a suitable spare shoe and the right primer. what colour paint would you want?
