Does anyone know how I can get hold of prolite pad inserts (just the inserts?)

I bought a prolite pad secondhand and it has pockets front and back. it was advertised as having thin and thick pads, which is technically true.......... but it only has one of each!!! (horse it was used on was presumably uneven on one side!).

Prolite themselves haven't answered my email and I cant find any source of buying the insert things themselves, even tho surely people who buy the pad new might need to change size sometimes?

can anyone enlighten me as Im thinking I wasted my money? Pony needs inserts for the wither, Im happy to buy a pair even tho I already have one thick and one thin!

Ha, i have never used my pads, got thin and thick, I can have a look tomoz if you like. Wouldn't want anything for them

I contacted Prolite about replacement pads and they very kindly sent me a set free of charge. I didn't hear anything from them until they plopped onto my mat. When did you email them?

That would be fantastic, I would def pay tho, would be mega grateful, pony varies from summer to winter and saddle which fits beautifully (ideal H&C) is just a bit low at the front when she is at skinniest/fittest, tho she still goes well in it.

My daughter lost hers, a polite email to the company asking where she could get some more and they sent her some FOC! Made her write a thank you letter, not often a company will do that.
