If renting a yard who would be responsible for general maintenance/repairs/upgrade and management of fields, stables and manege etc? The owner, person renting or, does it just depend on agreement?
Does anyone know?

It generally falls to the person who is renting but it will depend on the agreement.

So if I rent a yard with land and menage I'd be expected to maintain the fields, fencing, stables and menage. So it's not like renting a house then where the lanlord is usually responsible for some of the maintenance?
