Does anyone know anything about Mrs beverly Smit at the Cranbourne farm dressage co.uk web site. My daughter has a weeks trial with Mrs Smit soon and we wonder if anyone can tell us anything about her or the yard.....????
hi, i did a week trial for her about 5 yrs ago, very much into her dressage and always brings foals on to make top horses, nice yard, personnally, i hated it!! but not because of her, i'd been running a yard single handed and she was the first place i went to when i left and really hated being at someones beck and call (considering i had total freedom of what i did on previouse job!!) she did have a lot of liveries, mainly did her horses, a few full liveries, and the diy could leave notes if thay wanted u to do thiers, not sure what ur daughter is in to, i only wanted to do yard work but thiere was a lot of tacking up and un tacking of her horses, it was snowing that week badly so didnt really get into it very well, ummm cant think of any advice apart from dont brush the horses tail's! she never does unless they go to shows, cant really think of what else to say!
