Does anyone need a weekend worker or suggestions on finding weekend work

I need a second job as OH is now bank rolling my ponies and I said I'd never let that happen! He doesn't seem to care but I do.

Where is the best place to find weekend horsey work? It is really hard for me as I used to get by on word of mouth in Norfolk where I grew up as I knew everyone but now I've relocated to Cambridge my network is non existent!

If I can't find anything with the ponies it'll be Tescos for me. I'd rather not but I'll get over it if I have to!

Any suggestions on where to look are most gratefully recieved. I have looked at the feed shop and drawn a blank from there as I am a person of little imagination!
 
I wouldn't dare advertise my services as a rider these days! I used to ride for a living but I honestly couldn't sell myself to someone who didn't know me. I never could. I always used to say I was rubbish and people used to laugh as I'd been recomended to them. Without the recommendation I'd never get any work! I could definitely go and groom at weekends though. Will write something up for the weekend.

Why couldn't I think of that. What a dullard hey? When you say it it sounds so obvious!
 
I did a google search and found some people to email but does anyone know anybody I should be getting in touch with. Someone who knows more about my local area than I do!

I am rubbish. I still get lost even though I've lived here for years!
