I do and wondered how you found it.

I need to speak to Y/O at weekend as the demands are increasing from what we originally arranged and she can struggle to see things from other peoples points of views. I'm worried about discussing the issues, as I don't want to be asked to leave as aside from this I am happy there.

However, this morning she said something to me that made me have to say that we need to talk.

So does anyone else work for your livery? Does it work? Do you have any problems?
Is it always destined to be difficult?

Should probably add that I work full time and do her horse with mine (as opposed to being employed as a groom there)

Thanks and sorry, just sitting here stressing about it.
Friend said I shouldn't worry about what others think so much.

Would you be better off agreeing an hourly rate and then working however many hours is equal to your livery?

Or maybe doing certain jobs (laid down in writing).

i think you need to evaluate in financial tems. your own horse ... is he a part livery a full livery or a diy? what do you provide? what does the yard provide? what do you do for the YO? and to what extent do you do the YO's horse? so firstly get the general yard charges.

Thanks for the response.

I quite like the idea of putting it in writing - But worried how it would come across asking her to put it in writing, since I have been doing her horse for over a year. What do you think.

I do everything for her horse, muck out, poo pick, waterbuckets. She feeds and hays. This is in exchange for DIY livery, so have mine to do as well.
