Correctly, she isn't liver and white. The answer is to scan her for a chip. If she's docked, then legally she must be chipped too.
She's a work bred Cocker, I'd say, and probably traceable. She's a good stamp.

The cocker on FB. Is on a travellers site chained up ,they can't remove her until proven she's stolen. ,she's liver n has white on chest n back paws n has blue eyes ,,she's not chipped
