Neighbours have one and tow 2 x 16.2s up some very steep hills in the Highlands with no problems. We have a Nissan Navara and occasionally borrow their trailer - no problems with one in, never tried it with two though.
Not everyone likes them, but I have a 2010 Barbarian towing a 506 and LOVE it. The new models have an improved turning circle, although it is still a beast to manouvere. You get used to it though (I've had to as our yard is very tight).
The reversing camera is really usefull, not just for hitching up on your own, but also for parking. Handy manual shift on the automatics to give better control in slowing down, or for more power towing up a hill.
I took one horse away for a weekend last month, and in the covered flatbed I had 2 bales of shavings, saddle/ tack, water buckets, feed buckets, grooming kit, mucking out fork and shovel, and an 80ltr wheelbarrow. The only thing I couldn't fit in was 2 bales of hay which went in the trailer, but had I put some tack and bits on the back seats of the double cab, I could have fitted them in the truck as well
I've just bought a lorry, and have to sell my truck for a smaller more economical car. It will be a very sad sale
I have the new shape L200 and it is fine for towing, been 70 miles on the motorway. It seems to have plenty of power. It is a "pick-up" ride but fine. I don't find the turning circle an issue. It is tricky reversing as I feel there is an awful lot of metal behind me and I am waiting for the crunch as I hit something.
