Does anyone tow with an A6 allroad quattro?

I'm looking at changing my tow car from an older land cruiser (2004) to a more modern, more comfortable vehicle.

I've got my eye on the Audi A6 allroad quattro 3l TDI which has a towing capacity of 2500 kgs. The land cruiser is SWB with a towing capacity of 2700 kgs so not much difference

Has anybody changed from a jeep type 4x4 to something like a large audi and how did you find it?

Any regrets?

Knew someone who towed and took to work her A6 All round Quattro, she loved it! Sorry though no person experience?

No help for towing but I was warned off buyong am Audi Allroad by my mechanic a few years ago as he said the air suspension can be a nightmare.
The normal Audi Quattros dont have it but the Allroad does (or used to).

It was actually something that drew me to the idea so I will do a bit of research to see if the later models still have that issue.
