My current sharer is moving house :( she's shared him for 18 months and it's been a really good arrangement so I'm a bit gutted.

Just wondering if anyone wants to share a horse and just hack out? He's fab to hack, great in traffic, responsive and willing (so not lazy or too forward). Great on his own or in company. I enjoy schooling and I compete BD so I wouldn't want a sharer to school him, but he's fit and well. Hes a Welsh D Gelding and 15hh. It would also need to be weekdays only, 1-2 days per week. Odd weekends thrown in as I'm away quite a bit with work. Not sure if I was really lucky to find my first sharer or if he's something people would want? I've advertised him on preloved and cheshire horse so fingers crossed!

i was looking for someone very similar when i started a new job - i couldnt find any one then oneday i was chatting to my best friends mum and she said how much she wished she could have a horse so she could ride out with her daughter a couple of times a week and i couldnt believe my luck :) she quite novicy but her daughter (20yo) is experienced and they just want to walk out together as currently she has to walk on foot - My horse has always been fab to hack but since moving yard shes had a bit of a wobbly but we are back on track now so shes hopefully going to start in the next couple of weeks when i have tested her a bit more (horse not the rider!) there are people out there that want this sort of thing but they are few and far between! try word of mouth and ask around aswell!
