Does my mare look suspiciously round?

Does anybody think that my mare looks suspiciously round? I’ve only had her a few weeks and she has been turned out, so I’m not sure if it is just a grass belly that I am overthinking.
She has had two foals in the past.

We need pictures. But I don't think there is enough grass anywhere for a large grass belly just yet?

Hard to tell. Just have her scanned if you're worried.

That’s very lush grass she’s on .

If in doubt about whether she’s in foal get the vet out to look at her, but I’d be getting her off that grass ASAP until the vet has been.

In my corner of the world we do not have grass like that currently so am surprised. How long have you had her and what do you know. But agree vet is your best option

The young lad I got her off said(I think), that he had her just under a year. I have messaged him to see if there is any possibility but no reply as of yet

The picture of the teats mean nothing on a mare that has already carried a couple of foals or more. One of mine had far more bulbous ones than your image, she looked almost 'bursting with milk' from the age she last had a foal at ten until she passed well into her twenties!

I think you really need a vet to take a look, my gelding would have looked in foal on that much spring grass to be honest.

Not easy to tell there yet as she has had other foals. Keep your eye on her. Nothing looks imminent though.

I’d be inclined to think it’s the grass but as I’m sure you know, the safest option is to get the vet out.
