Does no one want to share/loan a horse who lives out?

Going into winter, it seems no one wants to share a horse who lives out. As soon as I mention it, they are not interested. Is there anyone out there who would?

Where have you been advertising? Are there facilities by the field? If so, maybe incorporate this into the advertisement.

Yep, I know a couple of people who have horses out 24 7 by choice, so can't see it stopping folk. I have a friend looking for one to be kept on her own land and out all the time if happy, i'm perfectly happy to recommend because I see no problem with it! (other than being a bit messy and soggy at times ;o)

Can' think why. I wouldn't want to share a horse who lives in - all that sharing mucking out etc. No thanks.

If I was looking I'd prefer one that lives out as long as there were facilities to ride....good luck in finding someone.

It seems so! My lot ar living out and will continue to do so as they arent working enough to warrant being in. Seems to put folk off...........well maybe its the lack of school!
