Does Panache Equestrian actually exist?

25 phone calls, 10 e-mails, 3 voicemails and 3 facebook comments still no response! spoke to distriutor twice, have spoken to Pikeur and have now phoned my credit card company. Order placed 3 months ago. No response to e-mails/voicemails and when told would recieve and e-mail still nothing! I won't give up until I either get my jacket or a refund!

Thank you for opening and contributing to this subject.
I have read it with a lot of interest.

I am in the same situation as several people on this post:

- I ordered a product 2 months ago from their website (october 2012)
- I was immediately charged (amount debited from my account)
- But I received nothing!
- And they are not answering my messages asking for a refund.
- Additionally, they recently erased my order from my personnal customer account on their website!

This is just to say that we are various people in this wierd and uncomfortable situation.

This makes me think they are not totally serious.

I would just recommend new customers not to order from them, as I think it is risky.

I wish good luck to the people in my case, waiting for news or refunds, and I hope we will have our situations solved but I am not very confident about this.

I received my Jacket last week after ordering the last week in August. The size is perfect but I had ordered a Velvet colour and it did not come with one but I couldn't be bothered at this stage. I eventually got a reply to my e-mail when I got my credit card company involved. My jacket had to be made in Germany but all i wanted was to be told this. I am glad I eventually got my jacket, it was a good price but I would not be willing to wait so long next time.
 
I have just bought 4 things from them for Christmas presents. i rang, left a message and got a phone call back later that day and received 2 items the next day and the other 2 took a week to arrive from Germany.
I would send them a message on facebook if you can't get hold of them. They have a new website so perhaps this is why you are having problems, just an idea.
