Does this horse look lame to anyone else?

I would be quite peeved if I was in that class.

I'm no expect, but Horse isn't tracking up and seems to be nodding head. My guess is lame infront. but I really am no expert so will watch this thread with interest and hope the real experts comment :p:o

I'm no expert either but I did also think that the horse was lame infront. He seemed quite uncomfortable turning the corner before entering the arena :/

I cant watch it properly as it keeps stopping but yes looks lame, nodding and the back end does not look right either, mind you I have been to a few shows and seen horses get placed that look lame:eek:

I went to my local county show a couple of years ago and watched the arab classes. In the in-hand stallion class there was one very flashy stallion with a typey head but it was so lame behind it was really short striding on the sound hind leg. Of course it won. :(

That made for uncomfortable viewing . . . contrary to other posters I'd say left/near fore . . . doesn't look that great behind either.

Definitely not sound.

P

OMG how can anyone NOT see that horse is lame in front??? Left fore.

The weight of the rider cannot be helping.

Deffo lame in front and possibly not totally right behind either. Shouldn't have been allowed to compete. Plenty of time for someone to stop them before they even entered the arena. The back end looks like it is having trouble keeping the front going. I would also say that the horse looks to be having trouble with the weight it is carrying. (Not jumping on a recent bandwagon here, they just don't look great together - a nice round cob might be a better mount.)

looks lame to me.

I commented on the video!
=-O

I await backlash!

I'm no expert but it just doesn't look right.
Nodding, seems lame in front, not tracking up. No oomph and just uncomfortable.

That horse is very uncomfortable and am going to duck for cover here for being the one to mention thats a reasonable sized rider for such a finely built horse the horse looks very uncomfortbale not just lame i fear it sstruggling with carrying its mount.
Judges must not think to look at the horses movement if they allowed the entrant to win but then i once pulled my horse 2 laps in to my test and got off when the judge asked why i said he's dropping his shoulder it felt hurendous to me could you not see he was lame from the ground? she was obilivous to thier being anything wrong with my horse who had indeed managed to do some muscular damage the night before but for some reason had warmed up fine but 2minutes into my class suddenly went on his first trot so i immediately pulled up and hopped off

It seems to be doing little "skips" to evade the riders weight when she sits back down in the saddle in rising trot aswell :/

Can't wait to see what people could POSSIBLY say in defense

A couple of people have commented now - I feel like I've enticed a rebellion *hides* :D
