I am tired of the set up at my current yard and want to move, but trying to find a yard in West Essex (Ongar - Waltham Abbey-Romford-Chigwell etc) to suit my needs seems impossible.
I have three horses (2 young, 1 oldie). All three need year round turnout, preferably with a 24/7 option for the youngsters. I'd like: A decent menage (indoor would be perfect but hey I've survived this long without!), and off road hacking. Jumps/X-Country would be a bonus!
So, does this place exist? If so, does it cost the earth?
