Really nice lady who would ride 2/3 times a week. Horse: an older chap that has been to GP dressage in his time, but now enjoying semi retirement. He has discovered hacking and adores it! Could teach someone a lot but we don't want him drilled in the school - but it would be fine to have the odd lesson on. He has never jumped and it's too late in his career to pursue that but he would enjoy doing pole work and perhaps the odd cross pole. He really is the nicest chap to have around. Loves fuss and would really enjoy someone spending some time with him. He is a big chap and also having been a competition horse it would have to be an experienced person - but he is very kind.
Does someone exist that would be happy to do this low-level no pressure fun stuff with this chap and make a fuss of him without pushing him? He is bright eyed and bushy tailed and still has a lot to give someone which is why we are looking for someone rather than fully retire him. He currently gets lunged once a week and freeschooled and hacked once but sadly no time to do anymore.
Oh, and he would have to stay on current yard. Only looking for modest contribution towards shoes/feed.
