woman wants £120 a month for three stables and a paddock (not sure how big). it has water and electricity.

does this sound expensive?

How can anyone say whether it's good or not

. It's good if it is a 5 acre field, but it isn't if it is a 200ft X 200ft paddock.
 
thats very good....my friend pays £35 a week for a stable, shared grazing but does get hay and straw included....if you added that price up for three it would work out pretty expensive...I think it is a good offer actually....
 
Hi I pay £15/wk per head for stables brick built in a barnwith electric and water, so really lovely and sheltered and 4 acres for two horses. I wouldn't pay anymore than that. It doesn't have any facilities for riding tho!

Because I pay for piddle sized grazing and the rest so anything has to be better lol
