Here is what I am planning my winter routine to be:
Monday: 45mins - 1hr school (by my instructor) in morning and lunge (by me) in evening
Tuesday: 45 mins - 1 hr school (by my instructor)
Weds: 1 hr lesson
Thurs: 30 mins school
Fri: off
Sat: hack am and lunge pm
Sun: compete
