I did start to complete it and then stopped as I am sorry but I don't agree with the causes you have listed or the symptoms i.e. Laminitis is not a cause of Cushings, it is a symptom and you don't seem to have many of the symptoms for EMS i.e. excessive drinking and urination.

To get the best results for your survey I think you should go back and do a little more research first: Join the ECIR Yahoo Horse Group, visit the Laminitis Site etc.
