Does your Ned suit it's name?

My boy came with the name George, and I don't really know why but it suits him perfectly :) Also George was my grandads name and if he was still alive he would of been thrilled to know my first horse shared his name :)

My 13.2 pony is called fern, she came with the name and hate the name it makes her sound dull. However she is the complete opposite a complete little SJ star who wins everything, super forward going and very naughty in the field will field hop anything however high.

My new younster is called hope, my mum named her that as she had to have a name in her passport. She suits it very well i think such a lovely girl

Fabio was one of 12 horses who were just horse 1, horse 2..... i'm quite glad he wasn't named though as i got to name him. I think he suits his name or i wouldn't have picked it! :)

My big pony is tin-tin he was named by previous owners son and it suits him so I kept it.

Little pony is cola and he definitely suits it! I was told many moons ago it's bad luck to change a horses name and to be honest, I really don't need anymore bad luck!!

My chap is called Macaulay. I got him from a couple of dealers. When i rang up in the morning to arrange to go and see him I think I caught her eating her breakfast because when I asked what his name was she called him Jam!!! I changed it when I got him home. If you've ever read the original Jilly Cooper Riders book you'll know where I got the name from. (If anyone intellectual asks I say it's from the poet who wrote about the charge of the light brigade!!)
Pony is called Trewithian Bacardi Breezer!!!!! (We didn't name her that) We just call her Bree or stinky cheese.:D

i have one named worzel (aka worzel gummidge) and yes he does suit it as has a different head everyday from the loving sweet pony to the aggresive im going to eat you alive :D but i still love him for it :D:D:D

Madge racing name magic mel( hate this) but we call her moomoo madge as in of the advert of the cow wanting to be a horse (she loves cows and has a cow bag attitude:rolleyes:)

i know a horse called wonky to and he has a wonky head haha he is a dude thou:cool:

Yes he wierdly does. Most ppl laugh when i say his name, even the vets but it wierdly suits him so i decided not to change it!

His name is elvis and he's black (with a white star on his head) irish draught

I have a Reuben too! I think he suits it but I didn't like it at first, partly because it is my favourite name ever and I was saving it for a kids name. And he didn't really suit Roo or anything shortened so it stuck :)

His fancy name is Rueben Romeo, which he doesn't live up to at all. He's more interested in the boys ;)

I bred mine. My cousins little girl named her mya. A variation of a girl in her class at school - maya. She is registered Evian. All ours are registered after drink... Unfortunately couldn't find any alcohol (beveridge!) beginning with an e so it's after the water!

I have a youngster called Spring, and she jumps well, like a spring was under her hooves lol... Sometime this year we'll find out if the springs work with a rider on board too!!

My little filly is called SeaWitch, she should have been called seamonkey as she is a little monkey. She is actually not witchlike at all but is a wee sweety :)
I also have a Daisy Duke who gets called DaisyDuck as she likes to play in water
