Does your other half ride?? If so do you have a pic to post??

My OH took up riding after we got together - he was always sporty and likes a challenge - well he got into it 100%, now has his own horse that he adores, is doing his BHS stages, has started eventing & planning to go Intro next year ... am so proud of him.
PS Charlie76 those are great pics of your OH!

my OH stood in the school this week shouting at me to stop letting the horse stop cantering after the jump etc etc, i told her to get on and try, and of course, she couldnt get him to canter further on than me and two days later her legs are killing her haha, i got the last laugh. still i cant complain as she mucks out for me most days and tacks up for me when my wrists are bad and lunges and feeds and soaks nets and is creating me the most wonderful square muck heap. remind me next time i nag her to start riding again just how useful it is that she stays on the ground whilst i do the fun bit

Not got any pics, but my other half will ride when he has the time (Works long hours though). He does the stables for me at weekends so I can have a break, and is always wandering around our land, fixing the fences etc. Hes great to have around. He comes to all the shows (even dressage!) and likes doing the studs...I call him the stud man!!! tee hee

OH rode for 10 or so years then rediscovered motorbikes, until then he hunted regularly, jumped and did dressage and working hunter on the horse in the pictures, he also judged workers. He has sat on my new horse a couple of times. I agree with previous poster that its difficult to get the equestrian buys past as he knows what everything costs but the support is nice, he helped me break my previous horse and if i ever need any help or support he will be there. Although when he had his horse I seemed to do most of the work espacially on hunting mornings.
