There's a story on yahoo about a dog who sniffed out survivors of 9/11, being cloned after his owners won a competition.
What do you think about this???

Cloning animal/human/plant is wrong

Not only that, think of all the 'mistakes' made in the process of cloning an animal.

Cloning parts is a wonderfull idear that could help many people and animals live who would otherwise die.
Cloaning WHOLE animals or people is wrong and should NEVER be done for ANY reason.

I agree that cloning animals does't seem wise. However you raise an interesting point when you mention cloning plants. Surely that has been common practise for years and years. Is that wrong?

Bit hard to stuff the genie back in the bottle now.

The thing is it doesn't work at all how people seem to think - you don't get a duplicate of the original animal. You do, however, get some real problems.
