Im looking for some new collars for my two. I cant find any nice ones at the moment. They either seem tacky and nasty or ridiculously expensive. Any ideas?

I've previously used Hunter Alu Strong collars. Aluminium buckles rather than the usual plastic, wash well, 10 colours in the range.

From Zooplus, also on ebay.

I love our Hounds and Home biothane collars. All my others are hound collars or martingales which are no good for what you want.
Feww. I was beginning to feel a bit guilty over my bright orange biothane collars from Decathlon until I saw your post. Just had a look on their site and they do some really fun and bright designs. Might have to upgrade :)

Ours have their team collars and Halloween collars from there. I've got my eye on a colour coordinated set for each but will have to bring them in slowly so OH doesn't notice as I'm technically on a collar and lead ban ?

That's what we have too, you can pick your colours, ours are red with yellow letter/numbers
We have the bamboo ones and each dog has their own colour combos, brown dog has red with green, black dog has purple with yellow numbers and butterscotch dog has blue with light blue numbers.

Ours is rolled leather, but there are some lovely material ones in Pets at Home.

We took ours off our dogs neck the other day as we worry about her getting caught up when were not there on a door handle if she jumps up. And now we can't find it so looks like she will be having a new one for Xmas and an old one we found as a temporary. So watching with interest.

Nothing gets past my OH. Eyes of a sodding hawk
I wanted to get Molly weim a neon pink collar but I couldn't find one over here locally. I did quite enjoy the look of horror when I enquired in the town chasse store:D

Biothane collars are the best, IME! Our gang get theirs from The Spotty Spaniel Company on Etsy.

As you can see by comparing pictures one and three, they're really adjustable and very long-lasting! Even when worn by a typical water-loving Lab and a Staffie who thinks she's a Lab :D

I'm so stinj with collars.

The two sighthounds both have leather fishtail collars, one of which was a hand me down from my late whippet who I lost last year.

My GSD x has a straight forward flat collar, albeit its multi colour.

They will likely stay in those collars their entire life, unless they need replacing due to damage etc.
