Dog creche customer contract.

Does anyone have one they would be willing to pm or email me.

A friend and I are starting a dog creche and are looking at various of the above to make sure everything is included for the safety of customers, dogs, ourselves and insurance.

Also would we need specific detail of the environment ie part of the play space has a river bank and cove so would we need to highlight that dogs will be able to swim if they like or offer customers a clause that there dog doesn't go near / in the water. Maybe under any special conditions section.

Any experience gratefully received particularly from anyone who currently runs a creche.

My boarding contract draft was supplied by my insurance company -I tweaked it and they approved the final version.
