Message On 17 January 2010, a man was reportedly seen dragging a medium sized white dog (we have named him Billy) along Queens Avenue in Winchmore Hill London.
The dog was observed to be absolutely terrified.
At some time in the afternoon/evening, the dog was killed.
The dog's body was discovered on 18 January.
It had been thrown over a fence behind Capitol House.

Can you help name the individual who did this?
Do you, or anyone you know or have any information?
Do you know someone who had a dog, or was in contact with a dog like this that is now missing?

Your information will be in confidence, but if it seems relevant, will be passed to the police and RSPCA.
This behaviour cannot be condoned through your silence.
This 'man' needs to be caught and punished.
The unfortunate dog cannot speak for itself and the public must speak instead.

If so, please join the Facebook group http://www.facebook.com/group.php?v=wall&ref=search&gid=317068026933

Help us bring this evil person to justice.

Please send any information in a private message to Sally Nicholson-Fisher via the above Facebook link.

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thankyou

Regards,
The Alfie's Lost Dogs Team.

Is there a police report?

This makes me feel sick, and i shall probably lose sleep for a few night to come now i have read it.
I knew i should not have clicked the button to read it but i did.
I HATE cruelty to animals, poor bloody dog.
I hope who ever did this is not only caught but........... well, i better not say what i really want to say!

Evil cowardly cretin!
WHY OH WHY do people buy animals then be rotten to them??
They dont ask us to buy them! OOOOHHHHHH , i AM SO UPSET I FEEL SICK.

I would have stopped him, had I seen this.

I remember driving past a guy who was really giving his dog a hard time, yanking it til it was cowering on the floor (I was watching him in my rear view)

So I stopped and blared the horn at him. He soon stopped.

I saw this happening on my way to work one day, I chased the prat and when i caught him i gave him a right bollocking.
BUT then i thought, i wonder what he will do to the poor animal when he gets it home??
I have 8 dogs, I really dont understand why these low life unintelligent fools do this?

You could not get away with doing this to a child but the RSPCA let people do it to animals??
Hence the reason i have cancelled my diect debit of £10 per month to them.

They dont even take the animal away as long as it is a good weight and has acess to water.
(Oh, i forgot.............unless you have captured the footage on a video camera or a mobile phone!!!!!)

Its usually all over by the time you have got that prepared.
