Does anyone have any recommendations of good dog drying coats?
I keep seeing adverts for Ruff and Tumble coats on Facebook and there are cheaper versions on Amazon but as with everything sometimes it's best to just buy the more expensive one.
Any suggestions are gratefully received!

I can't speak highly enough of Equafleece; yes you'll probably find cheaper out there but this is a UK company based nr Tavistock in Devon and they use first class materials and have excellent customer service; I was taking my two dogs away for a break and needed a coat for my girl and they gave me their undivided attention and rushed the item to me before we went!

They used to do horse quarter sheets too, as well as rider-wear. Don't think they do any more which is a huge pity!

I don't rate Ruff and Tumble at all - they slipped terribly on my dogs and the velcro needs frequent cleaning. I bought a better, thicker toweling no brand rug on ebay for £12.

I love Equafleece, they dry the dogs off quickly and are never sodden against the dog like towelling rugs can be

Another vote for Equafleece, they provide a micro climate that warms and dries the dog. When washed they dry really quickly too. Great quality, lightweight but really effective.

Thanks for the replies.
I've looked at the equafleeces and the one that covers all 4 legs and looks like a onesie would be best, but will that result in an impossible wrestling match with 2 wet, stinky spaniels?!

i have a ruff and tumble for my little terrier and i got it in a sale a couple of years ago, i use it mainly for when i have to put him in the car soaking wet as he gets cold on the way home, i think it is good as he will then be dry when i get home. my collie cross has a double coat so doesnt get wet through to her skin like he does.

Just another make to add in the mix.
Although my dogs have Equafleece drying coats, many on my flatcoat facebook group like Freckles drying coats, they are more popular than Ruff and Tumble. Worth a google.

Thanks for all the replies! I'm off to Google all the recommendations and hopefully bring an end to shivery, wet spaniels in the car on the way home from walks. Before this I've always just tied a massive bath towel around each of them but this isn't particularly practical.
