Did anyone see this story on Daybreak this morning? I just do not understand what goes through people's minds - why??

Very glad it was a happy ending but would love to for the people who did this to be found!

A very cruel world we live in - our local Greyhound rescue has just taken in a beautiful but terrified 6 week old lurcher puppy found in a tied bin bag and left to die in a Surrey park! :-(
