Dog ears

My JR Mumble has one ear stuck up and one ear down. Is there any way to train his ear to come down (we have tried sticking a penny to it but he just pulled it off!

We have just got two Yorkie pups (chunky type) and one is just the same. Gives them character.

You can't make it drop, it will either come down on its own or stay like that. I think he's very cute!

Just out of curiosity, why would you want it to come down?

Because it makes him look a bit freaked out most of the time. His sister has both her ears down.

I love Mumble (not quite as much as Pudding, but he is still v cute).
Poppy's ears have both gone up, but at least she seems to have grown into them a bit now though.

I love them both - they are so cute and the bonus is they are making me walk more - which is good for me.

But of course - no one surpasses Pudding.

if the dog is under 12 months to get the ear to stay up, hold ear up and tape around the bottom to half way up keeping the two sides of the ear together leave for a few days and remove tape to see if it will stay on its own. same applies if you want the ear to stay down ,tape ear folded over.
