Your theory has a fault in that there are genuine ethical concerns over hunting which is why people disagree whereas no-one with half a brain cell can reasonably object to a persons right to determine their own sexuality.
As for the 'pull of the horn' well yes I have often had a touch of the green eyed monster. But actually doing it? Never! I'd be lynched by both sides, lol! Really tho, no matter how much fun the riding was it would always be in my head what was going on up front and I would never be able to really enjoy it.
I probably wouldn't be capable of riding out these days either. Was home in Scotland for a bit and haven't rode in ages. Got on my mates retired eventer thats practically geriatric and nearly killed myself (and a couple of ramblers who had decided to have lunch on one of the fences - idiots!)
