I don't know what they're paying their Special Advisors in DEFRA these days, but I suspect a kick up the bum for them is coming soon:p:D
 
Well indeed - and it totally missed the point, as it was meant to target owners of dangerous dogs but exempted dogs need 3rd party insurance anyway, so the law-abiding owners have it and the not so law-abiding ones aren't bothered by breaking the existing law so why would a new law bother them?:confused:
 
Well that didn't last long. Wouldn't have worked, all that would have happened would be those of us who do have tp insurance would find our premiums would shoot up.:rolleyes:
