Dog owner really mad me mad today!! Bit of a rant.....

Today some woman had a dog outside the entrance of our yard, i was with my friend who was ridding her youngster n i was ridding the old boy. Thought as the dog was going mad that i would let my friend go though first as i we didnt no how the youngster would react, n oscar not bothered bout dogs! My friend and her horse when though fine and as i walked though the woman decided to let go of the dog who ran straight up t my horse growling and think he attempted t bite him. Oscar the old boy diced t kick out n sent the dog running off with his tail between his legs! Luckly no ham or injures done n oscar carried on like nothing had happened. I was so mad n think i was a little over the top with the women, but why would you let go when you dog is already going mad at the horses??
Some people just dont live on this planet.......

I think your rant is a deserved one. Being both a dog and horse owner (woo now I can say that!!) I would not let my dog off the lead around any livestock. I can't trust him 100%, he's very strong and I wouldn't put anything else in danger. So if that scenario happened to me, no doubt I would dismount and take her head off...
