Dog sounds like he has a sore throat!

Mt cocker spaniel sounds like he has a sore throat, his bark has suddenly gone hoarse. He is fine in every other way, eating, drinking and his normal lively self, and he still barks but is just sounds hoarse. Any ideas what could be causing it.

Is it a bark or a cough?? If its a cough it could well be kennel cough...

If it is just a bark then i would pop to the vet. I guess dogs can get sore throats too! But he may have something causing it, best to be careful
