Does anyone know what the current legislation is regarding number of dogs one person can walk at a time? Google shows conflicting opinions, RSPCA recommends four Dog Walkers Association I believe recommends six but I have elsewhere seen eight? I ask as a dog walker close to me frequently has upwards of 9 dogs off lead in the woods not under control approaching my two dogs and on occasion my horse when I've been riding. After the awful incident of the young woman losing her life whilst walking a number or dogs and a rise of dog attacks in the country I'm wondering if there is any more definite legislation to control dog walkers and keep everyone safe?
