No , I am not thinking of using one 😝but my brother is looking into occasionally doing so . He has spoken to someone and received copy of t & cs . Is this normal re liability ?

13. The Client agrees that xxx cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death of a pet before, during or after the animal/client has used a service

The walker has said they are insured .

I wouldn’t be using that walker. If my dog got attacked by another dog, injured etc while in their care then I would be claiming.

If they had decent references (that I could check) and proof of insurance it wouldn't worry me. Disclaimers mean nothing, pretty much the same as going to a riding school and signing a thing saying you know riding is a risk sport. All comes down to proof of liability in the end.
