My dog, doesnt currently have his Booster Jab (Think its that one) Meaning if hes on the streets for a walk, he could pick it up. Is there a good chance of him picking a bug up or not? Hes too old and plus we cant afford to have him jabbed.

Is there a good chance of him picking a bug up or not?

It really depends on his age, and built up immunity, we still see dogs that have lapsed in booster in our isolation at work, how many boosters has he has so far?
Some breeds have poor immuntiy compared to other's
Lots of dog owners only give initial vax's, or stop boostering at a certain age, some due to health reasons, some don't think they need them ,e,t,c I have my dogs boostered due to the high risk of me working in a vets and boarding otherwise I would most probably stop at a certain age.

Just read agian...I think u mention the dog is old...if this is the case and he has been boostered so far...I would think there is always a chance, but a small one.

Also not to be rude....but if you cannot afford the booster, then the result of the vet fees that would occur from him contracting parvo would be phenominal compared to the small price of the booster

My dogs do not get kennelled I always use a house sitter when I go away. They do not have boosters once they are past 7.

I don't have my tetanus boosters for me either since I have built up a hyper immunity and don't see the point of jabbing the dogs unneccessarily. Have discussed this with the vets.
