Dog with no teeth seized under BSL

Done. However, does anything actually ever happen with these petitions? I sign these things and yet they don't seem to have any effect!
 
I got sent this earlier today and signed, Ladyt25 I sign loads of petitions everyday and like you wonder if they do any good but Im willing to give it a try, I live in hope.

The world has gone mad, what happened to good old common sense, its like the SS now coming in and taking someones dog away. The sooner this BSL is sorted out the better, its a farce and is clearly unworkable and is not having the desired affect because its addressing the wrong end of the lead.
 
The petitions do bugger all IME - no offence to anyone who signs them but I have yet to see them have any positive effect on anything in any sphere/sector.

You'd be better off lobbying local politicians if it is policy change you are after. Policy change/a change in the law is the only thing that will change BSL.
 
age 11 with no teeth what is he going to do suck them to death :( Honestly some people need to get a life that poor dog at that age could die from the stress. What in the world were these people thinking of. None of them have actually seen a dog that represents the breeds on the list so how in the world would they really know????
 
CC I have signed a petition to my MP calling for an end to BSL, I think the one good thing about poor Lennox is putting BSL in the limelight and all the protests will hopefully have the desired affect. The government need to have something in its place and to ignore the scaremongering from certain newspapers. Hopefully they will tackle the real problem which is irresponsible ownership.
