Doggy classes

Weve just booked our Lurcher pup in for some obediance lessons. Its not that hes naughty, hes very good, just wanted us both to have some fun really. Hes our first dog since I was a kid and he can sit, lie down, give a paw and stay for a short time. We rang the place tonight and they have put him in advanced class

Should be a laugh, bet hes really naughty with loads of other dogs.
Anyone else been to them, what do they have you doing?

Puppy classes are the most important thing for a puppy. Its not just about teaching them to do tricks its about teaching them how to behave around other dogs. Very Very important.

In my classes we have the pups greet the other dogs and then we start to teach them to walk on the lead through the other dogs ignoring them.

And you should also be doing some other basic obedience such as learning to leave and do stays with distraction ect
