Anyone had any experience of this?
I am assuming this is what beau had. After my heart attack a couple of weeks ago, he has improved now quite alot after rest etc.
Then when it happened again (he lay down on a hard surface for a long time and then gets up he is either slightly lame or holds a leg up) my housemate (also a vet student) started palpating his back legs, and noticed that the muscles on the inside of the lame leg was really REALLY tight!!! So we think its this which is causing him to be lame, and its just so much like cramp as when we massaged it and the muscle relaxed he was fine again....
anyone else ever experienced this? if so how did you sort it?
thanks!
