After trying to get my mals to walk to heel (be nice to me, I have honestly tried everything, and it was getting embarrassing - I've always had my samoyeds impeccably trained, and don't like to admit that I've failed with the mals), I finally gave in and bought *tah dah* Dogmatic Headocollars!!!
Fantastic - why the hell didn't I do this before my shoulder was stretched beyond all physical capabilities, and my wrist damaged so badly even lifting a mug of coffee can be painful. I held them on one finger today, light as a feather, they can feel my half halts down the lead, and respond to them.
No more extreme dogwalking for me. I now have pooches that walk to heel, with no neck strangling, or heavy panting (from me!). I look in control, even if it is a lie, I don't care. I can enjoy walking again
Insane, out of control doggies 0: Lovely comfy Dogmatic 10
