No, but interesting that they obviously were not chipped. Maybe a lesson there, I.e. that if you get a dog that was not chipped as a puppy then maybe you should get it done yourself?

"All dogs and puppies much be microchipped by the age of eight weeks" (6 April 2016 law). In theory it means nobody should be selling a pup which is not microchipped. And nobody should be buying one.

The cream saluki type lurcher looks very familiar. I believe there is a very similar one on Doglost. Will try and find and alert owner if nobody else has.

As far as microchips go, these are being removed in quite a few cases by the thieves.

They remove or disable the chips sadly.
