I was just wondering how she was doing. Have you found out why her neck was swollen? Anyway, I hope she's OK and am interested to know what caused the problem.

Hi there, Lady came off of the antibiotics last Sunday and within 24 hours had collapsed again. The vet came out and decided to biopsy the lump, after previously avoiding this before an ultrasound had been done. The biopsy showed that the lump was an abscess. It was then lanced and the relief Lady felt was immediate. However the following day the incision was causing her more pain than she could stand and so she has now been hospitalised at Willesley so that they can make sure she is kept comfortable and it is nice and clean.
I've been to visit her everyday and she is looking much brighter and has regained her personality and is back to her naughty self! Just the way I like her!

Hi, thanks for letting us know she's doing OK, it sounded pretty scary. I'm really glad to hear the vets know what it was and they've got it sorted.
