There's some old threads with some people taking them for RDA and for other charity shows, so they might well still want them if you search the old threads.
If not it's a bit cheeky but I do a fun children's sports day every year for a little family festival and recycle old rosettes for that, I'd pay the postage if you can't find a local charity that would like them.
