I know not technically NL but.....
My uncle is going to be embarking on a mind blowing 450 mile bike ride on the 27th June around the south western coast of Ireland for a charity called Brainstrust.
Brainstrust (www.brainstrust.org.uk) is a small charitable organisation with a head office and small team in the Isle of Wight - they provide support and advice at the point of diagnosis and beyond.
This charity helped a good friend of the family through the most trying time of his life, when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour. He will be joining me, along with another friend on this mad bike ride to raise as much money as possible for this excellent cause.
They have set themselves an ambitious target to raise £5000 over the coming months
